As you can see above, the latest Emmy odds are clearly favoring Succession to win the Emmy for Best Drama Series, but Succession isn't some massive favorite. At +450, their Emmy odds imply an 18.2% chance they win the award.

Right behind Succession is Netflix's Squid Game. The Korean television show took the nation by storm when released and was the most popular Netflix show ever at the time. at +550, Squid Game's implied probability sits at 15.4%.

Next up is another Netflix show in Ozark. The hit series starring Jason Bateman just finished up its series finale this past year and was met with mixed reception. Still, with Emmy odds of +700, Ozark is given a 13.5% chance to win the Best Drama Series Emmy.

Following Ozark is Better Call Saul. The Breaking Bad spin-off starring Bob Odenkirk has long been a fan favorite and is no stranger to Emmy hype. At +800 the show's Emmy odds give it an 11.1% chance of taking home the award.

The first newcomer on the list rounds out the top five as Apple TV+'s Severance comes in at +950 to win the Emmy for Best Drama Series. Severance, in just its first season, has garnered a top of hype thanks to amazing performances from Adam Scott and the rest of the cast. It's Apple TV+'s only nominee in this category, but it may make some noise by the time the award is finally presented, despite being just the fifth favorite.
