Any rain would aid his cause as his sole victory on the Flat came on deep ground at Haydock. Coded Welder made a bright start to life with Cian Collins when second at Cork. Inthenickoftime had a productive spell over timber last year and would be a significant threat if fully wound up for his racecourse return.
